To you it is just a golf club, but in the hands of Tiger Woods it is $500 million.

To you it is just a basketball but in the hands of Lebron James it is $185 million.

To you it is just a tennis racket but in the hands of Serena Williams it is $100 million.

To you it is just a nail but in the hands of Jesus Christ it is priceless.

This nail pierced through the hands and feet of the Savior of the world. It cut through his flesh and burst his veins, causing pain beyond words. Not because he was the greatest criminal or the worst villain, but for you and I. This nail represents our redemption and freedom—Christ was nailed to the Cross, so that through him we are no longer slaves to death, sin and the evil one. We are forgiven! This nail represents our healing—our sicknesses and diseases, whether physical or emotional, were nailed with Christ to the cross. We are whole persons! This nail represents our victory—our struggles, failures, shortcomings and challenges were nailed with Christ to the Cross. We can now have meaningful and victorious lives because of Christ. We are victors! This nail is the reason why you and I can relate and fellowship with God, as a father with his children. We are loved! This nail is priceless.

To identify with this nail and experience joy unlimited in life, you must know the one whose hands and feet it was driven through. His name is Jesus Christ. Say this prayer.

Dear Jesus Christ, I thank you for this opportunity to know you. I want to invite you into my life to take full control. I believe you died for me and nails were driven through your body for me. I give myself to you and ask that you forgive me for all my wrong doing. From today, I am a new person and I say boldly that you are Lord. I am born again. Thank you Jesus!

If you have just said this prayer, CONGRATULATIONS! You have made a superb decision! Kindly note today’s date because you will begin to see new things happen in your life. Welcome brother! Welcome sister! You are now in the family of Christ.

Having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. Colossians 2:14.
